Men’s Weekly Connection is on every Saturday at 7 AM.

We gather at Cougal Cascades, Currumbin Valley.

The flow:

• Guided Meditation
• Breathwork Journey
• Cold Plunge Therapy
• Followed by Coffee and conscious chats at the local cafe – Pasture & Co.
